Letting go of Anxiety: with mindfulness

Given in 4 locations across Vancouver – This four week meditation series follows up on the public talk “letting go of anxiety”. If you loved the talk, you’ll definitely love this series and if you missed the talk, no worries cause there are still plenty of juicy teachings being covered here. Each class, we will learn different ways to use mindfulness to help us let go of anxiety (once and for all). Practicing these instructions, help us to deal with difficult situations positively and productively -without anxiety or stress!
Anxiety is a major bummer – we get it. It can also be really difficult to overcome by yourself, or without having some powerful tools that’re tried and tested to work. So if you suffer even occasional anxiety (who doesn’t?) do yourself a huge favour and come to this series.
The classes follow a sequence, each with its own specific topic. Of course we recommend you come to all four, but they’re also designed to stand alone so you can come just to the ones that fit your schedule.
