Wise Solutions for Troubled Times
May 7th & June 4th
We need a strong and stable mind that is undisturbed by any hardship that life throws at us. By training in taking by means of compassion and giving by means of love, we can strengthen our mind until it becomes unshakeable. In these 2 classes, Gen Thekchen will explain how to use difficulties to strengthen our love, compassion and patience.
Gen Kelsang Thekchen is a Canadian Buddhist monk, and the Resident Teacher of KMC Vancouver. He has been ordained for eighteen years. He presents Buddha’s teachings in a simple, practical and often humorous way, making them easy to put into practice in everyday life.
