About the Retreat
If we wish to lead the happy life we long for, we must learn how to transform our mind. In this retreat, be guided through the essential meditations of Buddhism that will give rise to a complete transformation of our mind, freeing us from negative emotions and making joy and happiness our everyday reality. Based on the book ‘How To Transform Your Life’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, this retreat is a wonderful opportunity to bring about positive changes in our lives that will enable us to experience deep and lasting happiness.
This retreat is also an opportunity to review and deepen your understanding and experience of the teachings received during the Summer Festival 2017. Learn in a practical way how to bring these precious instructions to heart by contemplating and meditating on them.
Everyone is welcome, no previous experience required. You can book for the full weekend or book by day (Fri introduction, Saturday day, or Sunday morning). See options about booking below!
