About the Meditation Weekend Course

Open to everyone, this weekend course will include guided meditations and teachings on the ancient practice of Taking and Giving - through which we can heal ourselves and others of mental and physical problems, increase our compassion and destroy the causes of our fears.

Through this powerful practice and compassionate action we can become strong and fearless - able to benefit others and face our fears with courage and wisdom. To succeed in this practice we must first discover our vast potential for compassion and on this basis engage in the powerful healing meditation known as ‘taking and giving’.

Through this course we will gain the confidence and ability to engage in this healing practice both in meditation and our daily life. Beginners welcome.
