In our modern world, it seems whatever our lifestyle we will at times experience stress and anxiety. So much of the stress and tension we experience comes from our mind and many of our daily problems, such as relationship difficulties and ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress.

On this course we will explore how Buddhist meditation, combined with a change in our perspective on life, can enable us to reduce and finally eliminate stress. By applying this advice in our daily life we will come to enjoy a relaxed and peaceful mind.

The workshop consists of teachings, guided meditations and time for questions.
