About the Event
During this 90 minute talk, Gen-la Khyenrab will explore mindfulness methods, meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us let go of anxiety, become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively. We can become a fearless friend, partner, co-worker, parent – no longer stopped by our negative emotions.
About the Teacher
For this exclusive public talk, we have the honour of hosting our National Spiritual Director and International Meditation Teacher, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab. Gen-la is a modern Buddhist monk dedicated to helping people from all walks of life attain lasting happiness through developing inner peace, compassion and wisdom. He is deeply respected throughout the world for his powerful teachings and experience of unifying Buddha’s teachings with busy daily life.
