Need a break from the daily grind? Need a boost of positive energy?

Come experience some peace, quiet, beautiful teachings and guided meditation in the rejuvenating environment of our retreat centre in the Grand Canyon.

The first half of the retreat will focus on powerful meditations from Buddha’s teachings on Training the Mind. These meditations will help us to create a rejuvenating and peaceful environment within.

The second half of the retreat will take us on an inner journey into the Tantric practice of Buddha Amitayus. This practice immediately helps to increase our store of positive energy and wisdom and protects us from harm, directly leading us to permanent happiness and even to enlightenment!
