Loneliness is one of the most common experiences that we can have. Usually we think that we are lonely because we lack certain people or experiences in our lives, or perhaps that we are missing out on good times. But loneliness most often occurs because we lack a sense of meaningful connection to something greater than ourselves. By learning to connect with compassion we can shift how we relate to ourselves and others, helping to create deeper and more fulfilling relationships, and feeling satisfied with how we interact with the world around us.

In this workshop we will explore the idea of where loneliness comes from and how we can take steps towards making our lives and relationships feel fulfilling.
