Meditations for a Kind Heart

This winter, awaken your potential and learn how to develop the beautiful minds of love and compassion that will help transform your own and others’ lives.

Drop in to any of our weekly classes across Vancouver in Nov/Dec and learn Meditations for a Kind Heart.  The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for questions, followed by refreshments.
No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome.

Cost:$12/class, $50/5 class pass. Free for supporting members.
