General Program – Weekly Drop-in Classes
Our weekly drop-in meditation & buddhism classes have a different topic every week so you can always keep learning. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a concluding contemplative meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for questions, followed by refreshments and social time.
No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome. For class locations & times, see the table below.
