About the  Course

It is impossible to go through life without feeling harmed or insulted by others but it is possible to move on from past hurt, to overcome feelings of anger and resentment and to free ourself from emotional pain.

On this one-day course, Buddhist monk Gen Sanden will explain how the art of forgiveness enables us to let go and move on with our life. Through applying these practical methods in daily life we can learn to heal our heart, restore harmony to our relationships, make peace with the past, and finally enjoy real mental freedom.

About the Teacher

Gen Kelsang Sanden is a Canadian Buddhist monk, and the Resident Teacher of KMC Vancouver. He has been ordained for 17 years. He is well known for his ability to present Buddha’s teachings in a simple, practical and often humorous way, making them easy to put into practice in everyday life.
