Please join us for this special way of engaging in Tara practice over 24 hours. Each session is about 1 hour and 10 minutes long and done every four hours for a total of six sessions. You are welcome to come to any or all of the sessions.
Arya Tara is a female Buddha, and her name means “Rescuer” due to her great ability to protect living beings from fear and danger. During this retreat, we engage in the practice of Liberation from Sorrow which is a special way of connecting with Arya Tara’s blessings. Through this, Tara helps us overcome obstacles in our life and create causes for future good fortune so that we greatly benefit all living beings.
A wonderful practice to engage in at the beginning of the year!
No experience is necessary.

We are a scent free environment. Please help us keep the air we share healthy and fragrance free. The chemicals used in scented products can make some people sick, especially those with fragrance sensitivities, asthma and allergies.
Kindly arrive early, preferably at least 15 minutes, to facilitate check in and get seated. Out of kindness for our registration volunteers, fellow meditation students and Teachers, we cannot accommodate latecomers. Thank you for your understanding.
