HEALING OUR PAST: Preparing for the Future

The Blessing Empowerment of Buddha Vajrasattva
Saturday April 29th

Buddha explained that the negative and positive experiences in our lives arise from the actions we performed in the past; this is our karma.  Buddha also taught how we can heal our past and create a better future by purifying and abandoning our negative karma.  It is this karma that causes us to experience anxiety, worry, unhappiness, and all mental and physical pain.  Our past can be healed, cleansed and purified, and there is a Buddha who can specifically help us to do this!

Buddha Vajrasattva is the Buddha of Purification, who possesses the special power to remove negative karma.  Through receiving Vajrasattva’s empowering blessings, and practicing the meditation and mantra recitation of Vajrasattva, gradually all the obstacles to our happiness and good fortune will be purified.    This empowerment is a special opportunity to enrich your spiritual life, bring benefit to all, and learn how to progress swiftly on the path to enlightenment.

In the commentary after the empowerment, Gen Sanden, will explain how the purification practice of Vajrasattva allows us to connect with the natural potential in our mind, heal the wounds of the past, and to free ourselves from old and painful habits of thinking and acting.

Many causes and conditions must come together to allow an event such as this to appear in this world. It is incredibly rare good fortune to receive this empowerment and teachings that enable us to transform our karma and draw close to Buddha Vajrasattva. Come join us at KMC Vancouver for this event and take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.
