Explore how to gain freedom from fear and anxiety through meditation and practical application of Buddha’s timeless advice. Each week learn and experience meditations which will gently guide you toward freedom from these negative states of mind and help you create positive changes.
Each class will consist of guided meditations and a short talk with an opportunity to ask questions afterwards. Everybody welcome, no previous experience necessary.
Please arrive early for classes, preferably at least 15 minutes, to facilitate check in and get seated.
Kelsang Tingdzin has been an ordained Buddhist monk for 2 years and a student of Kadampa Buddhism for 16 years. He’s a dedicated practitioner of dharma and devotes his time and energy into making our centre a welcoming place of refuge for everyone.
