Fear and anxiety are two of the biggest internal struggles we face. This engaging morning workshop will explore how we can gain freedom from these negative emotions through meditation and practical application of Buddha’s timeless advice.
Each session will consist of guided meditations and a short talk with an opportunity to ask questions afterwards. Everybody welcome, no previous experience necessary.
Jenalee Tsimaras is a dynamic and inspiring Kadampa Buddhist Teacher. From her perspective as a a young professional she enthusiastically shows how we can apply meditation and buddhism to our busy lives. Jenalee teaches the Learn to Meditate series as well as various weekend workshops.
