Does your heart need to heal?
So much of our past experience pains us. At a deeper level, this has to do with views of ourself we’ve held in the past, that we need to let go of.
In this course we will look at Buddha’s teachings as deep medicine for the heart. We will leave with the power to completely rewrite our relationship with ourselves and events of our past and pave the way for a future free from inner obstacles with a potential for limitless joy.
Join Gen Kelsang Sanden, Buddhist Monk and Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre, and come away with specific methods to genuinely heal our hearts!
