A guided Weekend Meditation Retreat with Gen Kelsang Sanden
We often have trouble letting go of painful events in our past and this affects the way we respond to our current life situations. We blame situations, ourselves or others and remain trapped in a state of limited potential. During this retreat we will identify the real source of pain so we can heal ourselves and fulfil our limitless potential.
Discover the Lamrim, the stages of the path, a series of meditations that liberate us, step by step, meditation by meditation from all misconceptions and sources of mental pain, finally leading all the way to enlightenment. This focus will help us to take our experience in meditation and apply it directly to our own life, for our own benefit, for the benefit of others we know, and for the benefit of all. Join us as our Resident Teacher, Gen Sanden, leads us in these extraordinary meditations.
Everyone is welcome!
Each session consists of Prayers for Mediation, instructions on the meditation contemplation, and guided meditation.
