Meditation can help rid our minds of stress, anxiety, irritation, and depression, and bring us to deeper and deeper experiences of inner peace and happiness. It also helps us to improve our intentions and our ways of perceiving and understanding things in our complicated world. This course can serve as either an introduction or a refresher. Inkeri Meharg is a senior Kadampa teacher who has been practicing for over 20 years. She brings a wealth of practical experience of integrating Buddhist teachings with daily life. Inkeri is teaching Monday afternoons in West Van and often teaches the Learn to Meditate course at our main Kadampa centre.
