How do you create what you want?

Although Karma is often spoken about, most people lack a clear understanding of what it really means. By gaining understanding and conviction in the law of karma we can radically change our life for the better, learn to accept difficult situations and create the causes for our future success and peace of mind.

This course will introduce Buddha’s profound teachings on the law of Karma and guide us through meditations that can be re-produced at home.

“Every action we perform leaves an imprint on our very subtle mind, and each imprint eventually gives rise to its own effect” – How to Understand the Mind by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
