Meditation is an effective tool to overcome stress, increase well-being, and maintain a positive and relaxed attitude.

Through following practical instructions, everyone can learn to meditate and experience the benefits.

Join us for this morning workshop to learn:

  • the basics of meditation and how to get started
  • techniques to help you overcome distractions
  • how to practice with confidence and joy

Everyone is welcome regardless of previous experience. This workshop is perfect for beginners or anyone wishing to improve the quality of their meditation practice.

Josh Baker is a member of the Foundation Program and frequently teaches our regular weekly meditation classes.

He is known for his kind and gentle delivery of Dharma teachings and for his faith and enthusiasm for Dharma. Josh is a sincere Kadampa practitioner.
