Discover the Lamrim, stages of the path, a series of meditations that liberate us, step by step, meditation by meditation from all misconceptions and sources of mental pain, finally leading all the way to enlightenment.

During this retreat we will be emphasizing the letting go of specific misconceptions with each specific meditation we engage in. This focus will help us to take our experience in meditation and apply it directly to our own life, for our own benefit, for the benefit of others we know, and for the benefit of all.
