Saturday 9 October · 9:30 am - 3:45 pm
with Gen Kelsang Sanden

Location: East Van · Kadampa Meditation Centre Vancouver · 1833 Victoria Diversion

Cost: $45 (No cost for Members)

Currently we see things existing in a way that causes us to develop mistaken, painful ways of relating to ourselves, others and the world. In this course we will explore meditations on how things actually exist and how they are free (or empty) of the kind of existence we normally see and believe in. Meditating on emptiness gradually frees us from the limitations that come from these mistaken ways of seeing things, allowing us to discover and realize our potential for deep limitless joy and ability.

Gen Sanden will help us to gain practical experience of meditation on emptiness and show us how to integrate our growing experience of it into our daily life.

Session 1: 9:30-11am
Session 2: 11:30am-1pm
Session 3: 2:15-3:45

This course will be in person and live streamed online. Registration available soon!
