LIFE CAN BE HECTIC and overwhelming; it’s easy to be “on” all the time without ever taking the time to quiet our mental busyness. During this retreat you will have the opportunity to utilize Buddha’s teachings to reduce the mental distractions & noise that clutter the mind.
This retreat will include guided meditations from the Lamrim (stages of the path to enlightenment) which strengthen our mind, transform our daily difficulties and improve our relationships. Leave feeling confident, inspired and mentally flexible.
