We often think of meditation as a tool to help us improve our life. And it is!
But here is the thing. Meditation is s not just a tool to supplement and make our life a little bit more peaceful or bearable. It is a tool to help us profoundly investigate the true nature of reality, the very thing that is creating your reality right now.
Buddha taught that the main reason why we keep experiencing problems is because they are based on an incorrect view of reality.
Meditation is a revolutionary instrument which allows us to investigate our current reality (how we feel, how we relate to others, are obstacles really there?) and therefore radically transform it.
When we think of investigating reality, we think of something that people do “elsewhere”. Maybe we think of people in laboratories… But in truth your reality is what? What is creating your reality right now?
Our biggest obstacle is not a person, a situation or a thing. Our biggest obstacle is misunderstanding what and how our reality is created.
Join us for this one day meditation course and embark on a journey of exploration, meditation and radical transformation.
