During this dynamic and interactive course, you will gain insight into Sadhanas, Mandalas, Tormas, Mudras, Empowerments, Shrines and symbolism. There will also be time for your questions.

We are a scent free environment. Please help us keep the air we share healthy and fragrance free.  The chemicals used in scented products can make some people sick, especially those with fragrance sensitivities, asthma and allergies.  Thank you.

Colleen Neely is a senior Kadampa Buddhist teacher who has been practicing for over 20 years. People are drawn to Colleen’s sincere and humble example, her practical teachings, and her natural warmth and humour.  Colleen teaches the kids class as well as  various workshops on weekends.
