A deep dive into reality
Did you know that it’s possible to experience peace (and bliss!), even in the face of adversity? Wait, what?
Yes, you read that right…
The Mahamudra meditations taught by Buddha are simple yet powerful methods for accessing the space-like clarity of the mind. These techniques help us to maintain the peace and bliss of a pure mind, even in the face of life’s ordinary worries and frustrations. Step by step, meditating on the pure nature of the mind leads to the recognition of the subtle and very subtle minds, and then to the manifestation of liberating wisdom (bliss!). Effective Mahamudra meditation eventually reveals the true nature of reality and the swiftest path to full enlightenment.
Everyone is welcome to drop in for the standalone Friday evening talk to learn about how Mahamudra meditation leads to pure inner clarity and peace, but there’s so much more to follow over the weekend of teachings and meditation!
This retreat – one of many being offered simultaneously around the world – will help deepen the experience of those who attended the 2019 NKT International SummerFestival in the UK, as well as give an opportunity to those who couldn’t travel there to connect to the life changing experience of that event!
