Following our February 2nd Public Talk by the same title, this 3-week series will provide you an opportunity to explore and practice practical methods to solve your own and others’ problems and fill your life with meaning and purpose.
Join us for this special opportunity to develop confidence to practice these more and more effectively in your daily life.
No previous experience of meditation or Buddhism is necessary. Open to everyone and everyone is welcome!

Gen Kelsang Sanden is a Canadian Buddhist monk, and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Vancouver. He has been a long time student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition. He is well loved for his compassion, sense of humour and the clarity of his teachings.
