HOW TO SOLVE OUR HUMAN PROBLEMS
Our problems are not our visa bill or difficult co-worker or challenging family member. These are external problems.
Our problems are our unpleasant feelings and negative states of mind, like anger, depression, anxiety or jealousy, which prevent us from experiencing happiness, joy and mental peace.
Normally, we are so focused on solving external problems that we completely ignore our inner problem of how we react to difficulties. As a result difficulties remain and often grow.
Training in meditation helps us to respond to all of life’s circumstances, including the difficult ones!, with a calm, positive, constructive state of mind. The more we do this, the more flexible, resilient and strong our mind becomes.
With meditation you can actually change in ways you never believed possible, discovering strength and beauty within, finding strength and confidence to make the most of each moment of your life.
