MEDITATIONS TO SOLVE OUR OWN PROBLEMS
Training in meditation helps us to respond to all of life’s circumstances with a calm, positive mind and good attitude. Through this training we learn to abandon agitated, unhappy states of mind and keep our good attitude thus freeing ourselves from negative attitudes and painful states of mind. The more we do this, the more flexible, resilient and strong our mind becomes and the deeper our experience of happiness and power to remain with a positive mind become.
In truth, with meditation we can actually change in ways we never believed possible, discovering strength and beauty within and confidence to make the most of each moment of your life.

Dec 1 The ignorance that prevents love makes victims of us all. We can overcome this ignorance and accomplish a victory for everyone.
Dec 8 Learning to use all our difficulties to deepen and extend our love and understanding, to grow instead of be harmed. We can recognize opportunities in every situation that allow us to make the most of everything that comes our way.
Dec 15 Walking a mile in another’s shoes. We can meditate on exchanging self with others using correct imagination and through this overcome all our obstacles to love
