Our weekly drop-in meditation & buddhism classes have a different topic every week so you can always keep learning. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a concluding contemplative meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for questions, followed by refreshments and social time.
No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome. Each class is self-contained so you can drop in any week, please arrive 10 minutes early to check in.

In the new year we think of ways to become a better person and live life better, more meaningfully. This January, we’ll look at how to make this happen. Buddhist teachings have the most inspiring advice on how change is possible!
February: Make Room for Love.
In our fast-paced, technology driven, perfection-seeking society, simple human relationships can get forgotten. This series will emphasize heart-centered meditations that will make room for love in all your relationships.
March: Building Self Confidence.
Do you feel stuck in unhealthy, unhappy habits, or have a negative self image? Break free from these painful limitations and develop a genuine self-confidence. Live your life with more joy and start to unlock your unlimited potential for pure happiness.
Allison Earl is a teacher who has been practicing for over 10 years, bringing practical experience of integrating Buddhist teachings with daily life. She draws on her experiences as a modern day parent juggling family, work and study whilst following the spiritual path. She offers personal examples to make the teachings accessible and easy to understand.
