ABOUT THIS COURSE

What will happen when you die? Have you ever asked yourself this question? Does your mind cease or continue? In this course you will be guided through the fascinating process of dying as described by Buddha. You will learn how to undergo death mindfully, fearlessly, even joyfully, and how to help others do the same. As we will discover, it is only through understanding death that we can truly know how to live.
