Mindfulness and a Meaningful Life

Weekly Meditation Series | May | 4 locations

$30/3 week series, $40/4 week series  (or $12/class for drop in)

We have created a habit of remembering meaningless things, and without realizing it, this mindless focus leads us to feelings of anxiety, depression and a discontented life.

In the context of Buddhist meditation mindfulness means remembering meaningful things.

In this series, you will learn specific methods to remember what is meaningful and let go of the rest!

Can’t make it to everything?  No worries, of course we recommend you come to as much as you can, but each class is also designed to stand alone so you can come just to the ones that fit your schedule.

We are a scent free environment. Please help us keep the air we share healthy and fragrance free.  The chemicals used in scented products can make some people sick, especially those with fragrance sensitivities, asthma and allergies.  Thank you.
