Given in 4 locations across Vancouver – This three week meditation series follows up on The Science of Happiness Public Talk on September 25th. If you loved the talk, you’ll definitely love this series and if you missed the talk, no worries cause there are still plenty of juicy teachings being covered here.

Are you yearning to live a happier and more meaningful life?  You don’t have to wait.  You can learn to be happier by following what Buddhist teachers have shared for centuries: you can learn to be happier (oh yeah, and less stressed too) just as you can learn a new sport, instrument or language.

Join us to discover the Buddhist psychology for training the mind.  You will love the way this feels.

Can’t make it to everything?  No worries, of course we recommend you come to as much as you can, but each class is also designed to stand alone so you can come just to the ones that fit your schedule.
