Our weekly drop-in meditation and Buddhism classes have a different topic every week, and new themes each month (see below), so you can always keep learning! Classes include guided meditations and a teaching, which will have practical benefits in your daily life. No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome.

January: New Year. New You.
In the new year we think of ways to become a better person and live life better, more meaningfully. This January, we’ll look at how to make this happen. Buddhist teachings have the most inspiring advice on how change is possible!

February: Make Room for Love. 
In our fast-paced, technology driven, perfection-seeking society, simple human relationships can get forgotten. This series will emphasize heart-centered meditations that will make room for love in all your relationships. 

March: Building Self Confidence. 
Do you feel stuck in unhealthy, unhappy habits, or have a negative self image? Break free from these painful limitations and develop a genuine self-confidence. Live your life with more joy and start to unlock your unlimited potential for pure happiness.

Please arrive early for classes, preferably at least 15 minutes, to facilitate check in and get seated.  Also, please help us keep the air we share healthy and come to classes fragrance free.
