Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully

  • Kadampa Meditation Centre Vancouver 1833 Victoria Diversion Vancouver, BC, V5N 2K2 Canada (map)

We are alive, therefore we will die. This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence, yet very few of us have really come to terms with this fact.

Buddha gave extensive teachings on death and dying, and how to use an awareness of our death to live a more full and meaningful life. We will explore these topics in this course.  Gen Delek will also explain Buddha’s unparalleled insight into the death process, how we can prepare for death, and how we can help others who are dying.
