The Happiness Toolkit
Making our way through this complex world takes all the skill and energy we have. Sometimes, it can feel overwhelming. But Buddha taught that we all are hardwired for a remarkable and reliable inner superpower; we all have the ability to be confident, relaxed, positive, and happy in all aspects of our daily life. Buddha also taught precise and tested methods for accessing our inner superpower, our “happiness toolkit,” whenever we wish.
With this toolkit, consisting of meditations and new ways of thinking, we will be ready to respond to everything that comes our way – from relationship problems to current events in the news – with peaceful, positive, dynamic states of mind, beneficial to ourself and to everyone we encounter.
Eventually every situation will become an opportunity for happiness.
