Learn the art of meditation and bring a sense of balance, peace and clarity into your life and relationships.
This series is designed especially for beginners (or for those who wish to revitalize their practice). In this course you will learn the essentials of meditation practice and the Buddhist approach to training the mind.
The course will include guided meditation, instruction and a chance to ask questions. Everyone is welcome.
Leave with a clear understanding of what meditation is, how it is useful and how to practice it daily.
