Understanding the Mind to be Happy

Monday Evenings 7:00 – 8:15pm
$15 non-members |Pay at the door. Cash or card.

Do you want to be happy? We all want to be happy all the time but until we understand our mind (which is different from our brain) we will never succeed.  Just like a mechanic needs to open the hood of a car to diagnose problems, we need to look under the surface of our mind in order to successfully make the changes needed to be truly happy..

During this series, Resident Teacher, Gen Sanden, will share instructions on how to maintain and develop a light positive mind – showing us how to recognize and abandon states of mind that harm us, and how to practically create peaceful and beneficial ones. Whether we know it or not, this is what we all want!

Classes are self contained, and can be attended individually. Everyone Welcome.
