Making Lasting Change Through Meditation
Thursday Evenings 7:00–8:15pm
$15/session, free for members. Pay at the door.
Meditation is often misunderstood as simply emptying the mind. What most people don’t know is that the definition of meditation is simply to thoroughly familiarize ourselves with beneficial states of mind. It is not just a tool for relaxation, even though it can be used as such, but a profound tool for self transformation.
During this series, Resident Teacher, Gen Sanden , will share the how, the why and the what of Buddha’s most famous meditations, all of which are still relevant and practical within the context of our busy life.
Join us to explore, learn and gain experience of the power of meditation. Be ready to like how you feel.
Classes are self contained, and can be attended individually. Everyone Welcome.
