Meditations for Daily Life

Monday Mornings 10:30 – 11:45am
$15/session, free for members. Pay at the door.

Do you want to learn scientific methods to improve your life?
Do you want to learn to be happy (for real) and stay peaceful even when things go wrong in your life?
Do you ever wonder why it’s so hard to maintain a joyful and peaceful perspective?

In these drop in classes you will:

  • Learn practical transformative meditations and be guided in them to gain practice!

  • Explore Buddhist teachings that you can incorporate into your daily life immediately.

  • Leave with methods to positively transform your relationships and your daily activities today.

We get it. Life can be busy and challenging. That’s why our classes are short and sweet (and uber practical). You just have to show up, sit on a chair (or cushion), listen (hopefully with an open mind:), and you might be happily surprised at the results.

Drop in any Sunday. Everyone is welcome!
