Letting Go of Worry & Anxiety

Imagine eliminating stress, worry and anxiety. Imagine becoming more relaxed, peaceful and positive. 

By training in the powerful stress-busting techniques you will learn in this series, you can learn to face life’s adversities with a happy heart. 

For greatest effect, consider taking part in this whole series together with the Worrier to Warrior Course on September 15/16th. You can also drop into any one session and leave with beneficial and practical meditation techniques!


About the Class Teachers

Josh Baker

Josh is a member of the Foundation Program and frequently teaches our regular weekly meditation classes along with other Kadampa Teachers. He is known for his kind and gentle delivery of Dharma teachings and for his faith and enthusiasm for Dharma. Josh is a sincere Kadampa practitioner.

Rebecca Bond

Rebecca enjoys studying Buddha's teaching in Foundation Program, and is enthusiastic about applying Dharma to our real world conditions. She is committed to the practical applications of Dharma teachings, to both find meaning and bring benefit to ourselves and the world we live in.
