On this course we will look at how meditation can eliminate stress and help us become more relaxed, peaceful and positive in our daily life. By training in powerful stress-busting techniques derived from ancient Buddhist wisdom, we can learn to face life’s adversities with a happy heart, deal with ‘difficult people’ without getting angry and transform hardships into opportunities for spiritual growth that we can even look forward to!
