This summer, join us to learn and be guided in different meditations that help to calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing.
These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. Each class is self-contained and is also presented as part of a series. Drop into any class you like. No special clothing is required and both chairs and floor cushions are available.
About the Resident Teacher
Gen Kelsang Sanden is a Canadian Buddhist monk, and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Vancouver. He has been a long time student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition. He is well loved for his compassion, sense of humour and the clarity of his teachings.
