Everyone has the capacity to experience an endless supply of inner peace and happiness in their lives. Although we often get stressed, unhappy, discontented and so on, these are no more than bad mental habits that can be overcome through meditation and skilful ways of thinking. In this series we will learn proven and time-honoured methods that free us from negative emotions, giving joy, happiness and meaning to our life.
Using the simple meditations and daily life practices taught in these classes, we can choose happiness every day of our life!
